  Overall had a good experience, despite a couple of small issues. We had a laundry tub replaced along with the laundry taps. The Waller Plumbing was very easy to deal with in getting a quote and date booked in. Unfortunately when the plumber came on the agreed date we were told the tub wasn't in stock so he couldn't install it, but he could remove the old one in the meantime, although this would mean we couldn't use our washing machine. It would have been good to know ahead of time that the plumber couldn't do the installation as we had taken time away from work to accommodate the time. After rescheduling the plumber did a great job of removing and then reinstalling the original tiles and was very friendly and easy to deal with. We had a little issue with the tub not draining correctly and the plumber came back to check it out. He wasn't sure why it wasn't draining properly and took some photos and told us he would get back to us after speaking with the manufacturer. Unfortunately we never heard back. Photos show the old and new tub replacement with taps and drainage issue.

  After finding a leak coming from inside our wall we called Waller Plumbing having used them previously for plumbing work on our commercial sheds. Being a local, family business with prompt service in the past we knew they were the company for the job. Communication was very quick. A plumber arrived in a timely manner, investigated, reported and called in a water tracing specialist who was able to locate the leak without tearing all the walls down. Being only a pin prick size hole this detection was amazing. Sigh of relief. A Waller plumber returned then to repair the copper pipe and stop the leak. He also inspected the rest of the pipe to ensure all was in good order. We were a little concerned that it would be an expensive repair but the invoice was very reasonable for 2 visits and for arranging th specialist visit. Highly recommend Waller Plumbing for domestic and commercial plumbing services.
