  I found Torna Plumbing via the 4171 Bulimba (Hawthorne and Balmoral) Facebook group while helping an elderly neighbour address a number of issues with his laundry tub and washing machine hot and cold-water plumbing. Joseph was really flexible in finding a time that suited everyone. His work quality was excellent, and he delivered it with a friendly, professional demeanour - especially while my neighbour and I watched over his shoulder (sorry about that, Joseph). We'll definitely be getting Torna Plumbing back, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them... ps Kudos to his work experience student - a polite young man who I'm sure will benefit from the good habits he'll be picking up from Joseph.

Exceptional Service from Joseph at Torna Plumbing. ​The service from Joseph at Torna Plumbing was absolutely exceptional. ​Joseph was incredibly friendly and approachable, making it easy to discuss the work needed. He provided a fair and competitive quote, and I especially appreciated his honesty and practical approach. He struck a perfect balance, clearly explaining the necessary costs while also suggesting where we could sensibly save money—a great mix of quality work and value for money. ​When a change was needed to the scope of work mid-job, Joseph was super flexible and accommodating and made the adjustment seamlessly without any fuss. ​Beyond the main task, he was also more than happy to discuss other plumbing and drainage work I need around the house. He was brilliant at laying out a range of options, from "bare necessity" fixes to "gold standard" long-term solutions, depending entirely on my budget and priority. The install of our new hot water system looks great and works perfectly! It was a decent job to remove the old gas system and move everything outside and install a new electric system but Joseph did a great job. ​I will absolutely be recommending Torna Plumbing to friends and family, and I will be contacting Joseph again for any future plumbing works needed. Outstanding professionalism!

  I can’t recommend Torna Plumbing enough. I first met Joseph late last year when I needed someone to help finish off our bathroom renovation. He handled all the fixture installs and also ran a new water line to our fridge. From the moment he arrived, Joseph was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He was enthusiastic about the work and nothing was ever too much trouble—even when a couple of things turned out trickier than expected. He turned up right on time, worked efficiently, and took real pride in what he did. The quality of the work was spot on, and he made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards, which I really appreciated. It’s great to see a tradie who genuinely cares about the job and the customer. I’ll definitely be using Torna Plumbing again for any future plumbing work. Thanks again, Joseph!
