He organised for his guys to come out the very next morning. They did an awesome job, worked efficiently, and left the site clean and tidy. Had a problem with sewer pump 02.01.26. Phoned Top Knotch at 7am. Scott came within 1.5 hours. The pump needed to be replaced. It was hard to get because of the time of year everyone closed. Had to wait for supply but as soon as it was available Scott fitted in the installation ASAP. I have used Top Knotch many times over 15 years and always found the staff pleasant and reliable.
