  We recently had an issue with our integrated fridge/freezer with a fitted icemaker. When the fridge repairers attended, they unfortunately snapped the hose leading to the icemaker. After completing the repair they were originally engaged for, they left us with the fridge pulled out of the cavity, the integrated door removed, and multiple screws of different types to go back 'who knows where'?. We were told we would need to organise a plumber to fix the pipe and reassemble the fridge ourselves, or rebook them at an additional call-out and on-site fee. We then contacted Tanks Plumbing, and within the hour they sent a fantastic young plumber named Keanu. He quickly set about fixing the broken hose and went above and beyond by reattaching the fridge door, ensuring all screws were correctly fitted, and helping my husband carefully position the fridge back into the cavity. The doors were rehung and aligned perfectly, with no damage — job done. We were extremely happy with the outcome. Keanu was helpful, friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend both Keanu and Tanks Plumbing. We live in a unit complex that already uses Tanks for all Body Corporate plumbing needs, and this experience only reinforced why.   I am very happy to provide a reference for Tanks Plumbing. From start to finish, Tanks Plumbing were quick, efficient, and professional in both quoting and installing a new toilet at our home. The process was seamless and well organised, and the work was completed to a high standard. Keanu was the plumber who carried out the installation. He was very personable, professional, and did an excellent job. I would also like to acknowledge Jesse and Avril, who were both great to deal with and made the overall experience very straightforward. They responded to my call right away and were on-site quickly, which was such a relief. Jesse took the time to explain the issue in detail and provided a fair estimate before beginning the work.   We used Tanks Plumbing to do an upgrade on our stormwater system. The receptionist Avril was very helpful and sent Nic out who spent a long time listening to our problem and within a few days, a written solution was provided. Plumbers Ryan and Peter came out and completed the work for us. They were punctual and professional and very approachable. They also left our yard tidy and neat. I will certainly be using this company again.
