  When we moved into our new house and found out that the solar hot water wasn't working, we called Jonathan and he came out on the same day. He organised an affordable option for us and had it all installed and up and running the following day. He explained how everything worked, gave us some really helpful advise and even followed up later that day to make sure all was working well. We have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan and will be using him in future for any plumbing needs.

  We recently had our hail damaged roof replaced and Sonar was part of the team chosen by our insurance company to remove and reinstall the hot water solar panels. This was our first contact with Jonathan. The panels were found to be in a poor state. In addition further inspection of the whole hot water system indicated it was not good. Jonathan took us through all the possibilities. We eventually decided on a complete new system. He kept us updated re supply, costs and installation. He was very good.

  Where do I start, from initial contact to completion of the job, the service we received was honest, reliable, and top notch. We had Jonathan Install a solar hot water service while our roof was being redone, Jonathan worked in well with the other trades, he was organised, nothing was too much trouble and his hard-working nature was well received. We certainly will not hesitate to contact Jonathan should we have any other requirements, nor will we hesitate to recommend him to our friends. A top bloke.   We had a leaking hot water system and called Sunarc for some advice. Jonathon diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave us a few options on what we could do next. We decided to take his recommendation of putting in a new hot water system and he came out and installed it the next day. The new system was installed quickly and professionally and he recommended a slightly smaller system for our family saving us money in the long term. On top of that, within 5 minutes of being at our house, he’d potentially saved us more money by recommending a different tariff for our water and recommending we get rid of expensive gas tanks as we were only using it for a gas hob. One phone call and one visit to our house, and Jonathon has probably saved our family hundreds of dollars a year! Sunarc Solar and Plumbing needed 6 stars!
