We had Lachlan come out for some plumbing work and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was completed to such a high standard. It’s so reassuring having someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly. A big thank you as well to the admin team who were so lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. They made booking easy, kept us informed, and were always so kind and approachable.
