    We run an Airbnb holiday property on Lake Macquarie. We had a phone call late morning on a Saturday from guests saying there was no hot water. I tried our regular plumber and whilst waiting for him tried a few others but only Brendan and Alana O'Keefe were prepared to try to help me out. Alana coordinated with Brendan to get out there that afternoon and fit up a temporary HWS to get the guests through the weekend. Alana got back to me on Monday once they had their quotes together and a new system was installed without fuss on the Thursday. Thank you both so much for your help. We couldn't have asked for better service. We have 3 properties on the Central Coast and now have a new plumber for all of them.
