Hot Water Heroes

I’m extremely happy with my choice of Hot Water Heroes for the installation of a new electric hot water heat pump to replace an aged and leaking solar hot water system. After much research and multiple quotes I chose this firm for the supply and installation of my new Aquatech heat pump (which also included the removal of the old solar HWS from the roof). I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of the owners Dan and Carla throughout the whole process. Their advice was invaluable in helping me choose the right system for my needs at the right price. Both were so friendly and kept to their commitments. Whenever Carla said she’d be sending me a email whether it be a quote or information or anything else - that email arrived promptly. Every appointment I had with Dan - he was there on time as scheduled. Not only that, I would even receive a text message beforehand confirming he was on his way. They both kept me informed throughout the whole process which was seamless. They organised for the removal of the old solar HWS, as well as the electrician for the connection of the heat pump once installed. Everyone trade turned up each day as scheduled, and on time which is almost unheard of in these times. In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending Hot Water Heroes for your hot water needs, whether new or repairs.

Carla was so helpful on the phone explaining everything when I rang for a hot water cylinder replacement. Dan arrived when he said he would and gave an update on the way. The replacement went without a hitch. Dan explained everything clearly. He also replaced all the valves. Their price was the most competitive as well. 10/10 from us. Would highly recommend.

Our Solar HWS Tank crashed on us on the weekend & after researching HWS Supply/Install suppliers I came across the Hot Water Heroes, as we thought of just changing to a heat pump for the first time in 80 years We phoned Carla who walked us through all options & we must confirm other reviewers comments on how very knowledgeable she is with the whole HW scene We were particularly pleased with a local family owned business & a helpful experienced pair. Carla arranged for Daniel to call in later that day to inspect our solat HWS & after further discussion with him we decided to accept their quote. Excellent service from Daniel and Carla. They replaced a hot water cylinder on our previous home and I'm pleased to say their quality of service hasn't changed. They are extremely helpful, easy to deal with and very well priced. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Hot Water Heroes were a real pleasure to deal with re our new iStore heat pump hot water system. Carla provided information, a very competitive quote and invoices promptly and efficiently, with Daniel arriving on time, removing our old system, very neatly installing our new heat pump and providing an easy-to-understand explanation of its controls and capabilities. Dan and Carla were incredible. Super easy to deal with and great communication every step of the way. When our system broke, they provided a small temporary system to keep us going while we waited for the new system to be installed. Can't speak highly enough of the customer service and the final install was perfect.
