Hewitt Trade Services (Brisbane South) | Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

I got a large old aircon replaced, using Hewitt again after previous installations. They are professional and honest from quote to installation and seamless invoicing. Lachlan and Michael were a great team cheerfully and respectfully doing a difficult install on a hot day.

From the initial chat with the online staff, to the on-site quote and installation. I found the whole team friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using Hewitt Trade Services in future

Hewitt were incredible. From start to finish! They came out to conduct a quote for a replacement of our ducted air conditioning damaged by vermin in the inverter. They turned up when they said they would and quoted when they said they would. It wasn’t the cheapest quote however the trust was built. On agreeing to the work and electrician was dispatched immediately. Then the installation date. Communications werr clear and timely. The day of installation they turned up on time, the workmen were extremely professional and respectful. After installing they cleaned up and showed us the operation of the new advantage myair5. So would I recommend Hewitt - 100% incredible service from everyone involved! Thank you very much!

I replaced my 5 bedroom house ducted air conditioning that was more than 20+ years old, it was a massive job. Hewitt Trade Services, who made the process stress free and a breeze. From the moment I reached out for a quotation to the moment to when I made the final payment, every step of the way they had very methodical approach and was a delight to deal with - all I can say is every single person I had dealt with from quotation, calls, to installation, payment all provided consistent, top notch customer service. I highly recommend Hewitt to anyone looking for air conditioning services/ replacement as a big job like replacing a whole ducted air conditioning system is not a simple beast to deal with and they conducted the job effectively and with a 5 star service!

Less than 2 weeks between quote and installation of our ducted air conditioning. In a first for us when it comes to anything to do with building services, we encountered no issues at all. I would highly recommend Hewitt Trade Services.

We had a 'dream team' from Hewitt install a number of airconditioners this week. Not only did they do complete a complicated installation, it was done with a high degree of care for our home. The team were delightful, respectful and polite. Thanks to Dean for co-ordinating the job so quickly as well. Great business to engage with.
