Heath and Ben were on-site investigating a possible blocked drain. I mentioned an unrelated issue with a toilet. After completing the drain work, Heath looked at the toilet, explained what the issue was and Ben installed the replacement part on the same day. I highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing Solutions and will use them again - thank you Heath and Ben.

Totally recommend, Heath is lovely and came out on the same day to sort out my blocked toilet. He is very clean and tidy, and left no sign of his visit. Even better, he found it’s likely to be a council problem, and has organised for them to inspect the pipes at no cost to me.

A mighty thank you to Guaranteed Plumbing Fraser Coast for identifying the cause of a growing (and rather stressful) mystery hole in our backyard which other services had been unable to do. Heath and Ben were professional, knowledgeable, personable and readily identified and resolved the problem. Not only were they highly competent, punctual, friendly and genuinely eager to be helpful, explaining each step they took, they also had excellent customer service in terms of appointment making, updates and confirmation processes. Thank you, Heath and Ben. It has been a pleasure to have your help and a relief to have this mystery problem fixed. Thanks, Melissa
