Flow Rite Plumbing and Hot Water

Michael is a expert when it comes to installation of tapware and fittings. Our tapware was rusting and we needed new ones, we got us the relevant parts and its was stellar from the fitout to the way it looked, it was a lot better than expected.

I have used Flow Rite Plumbing 3 times now for different things. I have found Michael to be very honest as he doesn't try to sell things that are not necessary. Communication was excellent as is his promptness. Yes, I would use Michael again should the need arise.

When you ring a tradesman on a wet Saturday morning you hope he at least answers the phone in a friendly manner. Surprisingly for me this happened when I phoned Michael on the off chance he would be able to help me. He was only too happy to help and organise a call out and as a result the problem was solved very quickly and within our budget. Could not speak more highly of Michael and his team.
