Rob and his team recently replaced the hot water system. Rob did a free quote quickly and emailed all the information within a day. During the quote on site he explained about different options and was very honest about the pros and cons of each type of heating system. I was given a very affordable price for a reasonably big job. Rob kindly also recommended which electrician to go with and he was also very affordable and quickly completed the job. I greatly appreciate the work Rob and his team did with such quick turn around time and it seemed effortless to deal with this company. Very professional, honest, and I highly recommend them.

I was really happy with the care and attention from Encano Plumbing and Draining last week. The dripping shower and tap issue was solved quickly and the price was very reasonable. This was my first time using them and I would be very happy to recommend them to any friend and we will definitely be using them again the future. A free assessment of our household plumbing was also included which was great. I’m very thankful our issue could be resolved so quickly and we were very happy with Encano’s customer service. Thank you!

Absolutely customer orientated! Everything was so smooth - received the call back to make appointment and scheduled within the day I made a call. Damen texted us a reason and new ETA only15 mins late. Gave us quote with simple and clear explanations before start job. Even he told us how long does take. He was right !!! 2 hours later all fixed with no change of the cost. Great Job with good value. These guys are the best plumber I've ever come cross in Brisbane last 17 years. We have used Rob Baker on a few occasions and have always received prompt and reliable service. On the last occasion our watermain burst at 5pm in the evening. I called after hours and Rob returned my call the same evening, inspected the pipe the next morning and had our water running again before lunch the same day! Great service and good rates! Many thanks Rob.
