  I am so happy to have been steered toward DW Grout for problems at my property at Bracken Ridge, which required major works (over $9K). Other companies I dealt with first charged too much for camera work and didn't provide footage. Crazy. By contrast not only was DW Grout cheaper but they deducted the cost of the necessary camera work, after I accepted their quote for the works. A quote which was, incidentally, several thousand dollars cheaper than other much more amateurish companies who had been recommended on community facebook groups. All people who were involved both on site and in the office were extremely professional as well as friendly and genuine. The guys on site were happy to answer all my questions, and they provided all photos and camera footage. It's rare unfortunately to have such a good experience these days, so it was very pleasant to get this high standard of service from DW Grout - a big thanks to everyone. I do not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone reading this review. tl;dr - Nobody likes having to pay for expensive plumbing works but, when it's necessary, this company is more than competitive on price and highly professional in action. During and after photos attached to show they left the site in excellent clean condition.

  Benchmark has worked with Nick and his team for several years. DW Grout are our only plumbing suppliers. On commercial properties we just need results and Nick provides that.
