From what I understand, it was quite a complex problem, but Nish and Carl were absolute superstars. Their professionalism, knowledge, and persistence were really impressive. There was excellent communication throughout initial consultation to actual day of installation. The team were very personable, polite and efficient in all aspects of this job.   I recently hired Luke from D&S Plumbing to replace our aging solar hot water system with a new 250L electric unit, and the experience was seamless. Removing the old solar panels and tank was a massive job, but the team handled it with zero fuss and left the site spotless. The new 250L system was installed perfectly with high-quality fittings and new valves. I'm already noticing more consistent water pressure and temperature. Highly recommend Luke and his team for any plumbing upgrades.
