Ben responded to my call promptly and committed to the very narrow time window to get the problem fixed or I was in deep doo doo. He not only sourced the replacement Kitchen mixer to match the Butlers Pantry mixer (which was within line of sight so this was important) but he also did a value-add by identifying and solving a longstanding hot water pressure issue (that everyone else was scratching their head over). He was nothing short of amazing and I kept saying to my wife for weeks that I must leave Ben a review. Suffice is to say I highly recommend Ben and his team as reliable, talented and solutions focused. I have saved his number for the future!

I built my new home in 2016 and Ben completed all my new plumbing from start to finish including gas fit outs. It was a very positive experience in a very stressful time building a house. I have just used his services again for removal/change of taps, hot water system relocation. He was punctual, reliable and very knowledgeable.
