I rung Scott in the morning to see if he could fix a leaking basin & he said he could do it right away which really worked out well for me as I needed it done asap. He fixed it within a couple of hours as the job was more than we initially anticipated. I'm happy with everything and have no hesitancy to engage his services again. Thanks again Scott for your promptness & expertise.

Great job you did Scott, very happy. Toilet was giving trouble, no incoming water in the tank, very frustrating but Scott came and fix the problem. He is very through and very knowledgeable, he also changed my kitchen tap on the same go. Also had a leaking tap in a different property, didn't took long to fix, it's just two minutes job and he took two minutes. No scary bills or no surprise shocking! Highly recommended. He is just one stop solution, many thanks 🙏 Scott

I am given Scott a five stars for his understanding and honesty. I had communicated with Scott for over a week about my toilet blocked and install new toilet. Until the a day before the job start my toilet become unblock and working as normal. I called Scott right away and asked him if I could cance thel job. His replied was positive and understanding. He even mentioned that it ok and he still did not buy the new toilet at the time. Which he could said in the opposite and keep the job. In fact he was honest an accepted the situation. This is an indication of good customer service and business operator. I am strongly recommending scott to anyone who looking for a quality and professional plumber.
