I am given Scott a five stars for his understanding and honesty. I had communicated with Scott for over a week about my toilet blocked and install new toilet. Until the a day before the job start my toilet become unblock and working as normal. I called Scott right away and asked him if I could cance thel job. His replied was positive and understanding.
