  Have used Steve a couple of times now and highly recommend. He initially came to do a few small jobs, and did great work at a really good price. A few months later, water came through my downstairs ceiling and unfortunately Steve was not available that day, so I called another plumber instead. That guy incorrectly diagnosed the issue as being roof-related and sent me down the wrong path with getting roofers out etc, costing me hundreds of dollars and lots of stress... only for the leak to come back again (after I'd had the ceiling repaired and painted). Luckily I called Steve when damp started coming through the ceiling again, and he came out immediately and saved the day. He correctly diagnosed the issue (it was a leak from broken shower grout) and found the lowest price way for me to get it fixed. He came back and checked in after the repairs to make sure it was done, and once again was extremely reasonably priced. Highly recommend Steve at Bravestar Plumbing.

  Organised, efficient and a clear communicator. Steve replaced the hot water system at our property last week. His organised approach was evident from the start, calling to arrange access for inspection and to do the work, arriving as promised both times. His quality workmanship was impressive. On top of that, Steve took the old system away and gave me a clear and detailed handover as to how to get the best life out of the new hot water system.
