I’m extremely impressed with the quality of service from Jack & the team at Anchored Plumbing. The plumber showed up promptly, provided a clear quote, and walked me through each step of the repair. They kept the workspace clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and craftsmanship. I’ll be recommending them to friends and family.

We worked with Anchored Plumbing Co. (Jack and his team) on a large, multi-year residential build on the Sunshine Coast, and we couldn’t fault the experience. Jack was professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. He was regularly on site, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was done properly and in line with the hydraulic plans. Given the complexity of the build, he consistently delivered when he said he would, which made a huge difference to keeping the project moving and on track. His team also deserves a special mention. The senior plumbers were highly skilled, approachable, and clearly took pride in their work, and the apprentices were well supervised, courteous, and professional — which really reflects how well the business is run. Everyone regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. Anchored Plumbing handled everything from under-slab plumbing through to final bathroom and kitchen fit-offs, external downpipes, and connecting gutters to rainwater tanks. What really stood out was the attention to detail — exposed pipework was always neat, straight, well planned, and installed with long-term maintenance in mind. Nothing was rushed or done just to “get it working”. We’d happily use Jack and the team again and would highly recommend Anchored Plumbing Co to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumber for a residential build.

We had a leak from the top floor to the study downstairs. Called Anchored Plumbing and Jack called us back almost immediately and told us how to stop the flow that night. Jack came the following morning and identified the issue, provided a solution (including buying a new tap for us) and fixed it that afternoon. Felt valued as a customer, loved the clear communication and the problem was fixed. Will definitely use Anchored Plumbing as our preferred plumber moving forward.

Anchored Plumbing have completed several jobs for me in Noosaville over the past few years.
