WaterWorks Tamworth

I am very impressed with the service from WaterWorks Tamworth. From my initial enquiry my new water heater was installed a few days later (for context my previous water heater was still working but was getting old) for a very reasonable price. The whole process was easy and seamless and the communication was excellent at every stage. I highly recommend Michael and Zoe and their team

Michael went above and beyond - never once slowing down until every detail of my water filter installation and plumbing support was spot-on. His persistence, precision, and genuine care turned a routine job into a standout experience. He didn’t just meet my expectations he surpassed them.

Michael was pleasant to deal with, he is very knowledgable and made the process of selecting and purchasing a new water heater extremely easy. Michael and his team also did a fantastic job delivering and installing the water heater, couldn't have asked for better.

We have been a customer across all that WaterWorks offer, Michael took care of a number of plumbing jobs for us which was first class, we also purchased a new Rheem hot water system through them, Michael and Zoe discussed with what we required and got us onto the right product in which we’re very happy with. They are our go to shop with pool supplies, helping keep our pool water quality on point. We highly recommend WaterWorks Tamworth for all your pool, hot water and plumbing needs.

Have been using Waterworks Tamworth for years and the service never ceases to amaze. Micheal always responds to any enquiry or issue with such a positive approach, nothing is ever a problem for him. Even short notice panicked calls for help, he somehow manages to get things completed quickly to ensure minimal disruption. Every time you walk into their shop you are always greeted with such a bubbly smile from Zoe, and she will do whatever she can to help you. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
