Our hot water system blew on Sunday 28th December, therefore we thought we would be enjoying cold showers until the new year. But despite the weekend / holidays, Casper quickly returned our call and provided a (very reasonable) quote, then arrived bright and early Monday morning to replace our gas hot water system. The communication and pricing were seamless. Casper’s professionalism, workmanship and after hours support couldn’t be faulted. Casper is the Viking plumber I needed to tackle my dead water heater. Communication was prompt. 11:30pm responses. An honest quote upfront. All my expectations exceeded. Casper came out for an issue with the gas stove top. Not only did he turn up when he said, he also communicated with me to keep me informed. To me, that's a big thing in the service industry. Fortunately it was something relatively quick and easy. But he explained the issue well and gave me tips to prevent it happening in future. Friendly and helpful attitude. Great service.

I have been using Viking Plumbing's services for several jobs, ranging from small to "pretty big job" as Casper mentioned. On 2 properties I have had water flooding in heavy rain due to poor exterior waterproofing. They inspected both sites and pinpointed what the issues were and several ways to tackle it. They are honest and upfront regarding the extent of the works that need to be done and know how to guide us into making an educated decision by providing the pros and cons. They just recently finished entirely renovating a bathroom which was ruined due to an existing poor waterproofing, and upgraded my laundry to transform it into a secondary bathroom. They are very reasonably priced and do a good job. You can tell they have lots of experience and I know I now completely trust them. The team is extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They also are very reactive and in case of an emergency will make time to help put out the fire ASAP. I can't recommend them enough!

Casper received an urgent call from us, replied immediately, was on site within 2 hours and provided us with a detailed description of the issue and offered various options to fix the problem. He then kindly fitted us into his very busy day and replaced our entire hot water system that afternoon.
