Lovely guys Sam, Dane, Jason, and Tom did an excellent job today installing my new air-conditioning units. I would recommend these guys to everyone. They were always cheerful and happy to explain what was going on. Their customer service was excellent, and they made sure to clean up to the best of their ability. I would recommend these guys again.

Cam was outstanding. He came out to find to do the final safety check after gas leak was identified and was extremely quick to respond. Cam was professional knowledgeable and efficient explaining everything clearly and making sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. He carried out a thorough check worked with confidence and assured everything was safe and compliant. His prompt service and attention to detail gave us a great piece of mind. Highly recommend Cam for reliable and professional gas services.

Wow. Where do we start. This is a 5.5 star rating. The initial process to have our drain pipes cleaned and checked. Rang Tonkin Plumbing and we were informed that Alex would be here the same day to do the job. As Tonkin Plumbing is in Albury-Wodonga and we live in Wangaratta, this was very impressive service. Alex was polite and very professional. He did find a crack in one of the pipes that needed repairing. A few days later Andy, Connor and George arrived to do the repair. These guys were absolutely professional and they're Plumbing knowledge was second to none. We were shown and told every procedure all the way through to the end of the repair. They enjoyed their work and were good fun and energetic over the 3 days. We highly recommend Tonkin and these guys to do any of your Plumbing work. Thanks again, Rob & Jen.

I had the pleasure of having Cam come out to my property to provide a quote for a replacement evaporative cooler, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Cam was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. It was so lovely and reassuring to know we weren’t just another number; he took the time to actually speak with us rather than just measure the job and say a quote would be sent out later. Cam stayed to go through the service options and the different evaporative coolers available, tailored to our budget. Called Tonkin to have our split system replaced and couldn’t have asked for better service. Sam and Dain were lovely and professional, explaining how to operate it for maximum efficiency. They were so sweet and patient with our dog even as she continued to get in their way. Would 100% recommend
