He clearly explained what he planned to do, identified any issues, and walked me through his solutions. No surprises, no confusion-just straightforward, professional service. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He put in genuine effort to ensure everything was done to a high standard, and the results speak for themselves. The installations look great. What really impressed me was that he cleaned up after himself when the job was done. The bathroom was left neat and tidy, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a plumber who does quality work and communicates well, Michael is your choice!

Every job has been done with precision and care. He’s always punctual, communicates clearly and leaves the space spotless. His pricing is very fair and transparent, with no surprises. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and skilled. Michael’s now our go-to plumber & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. 👍

Read moreExtremely impressed with Thumbs Up Plumbing. Extremely punctual and updated us on availability of tap hardware. We had to replace a number of problematic taps in our apartment that were unfortunately not maintained by previous owners, so we got advice from Michael. His knowledge and professional advice was amazing and we now have functional taps installed in our kitchen and laundry. Michael was able to also help install a new push plug in our vanity that was stuck and unusable. We have a few more jobs that need attention, we will definitely get Thumbs up back once we get a new vanity for our guest bathroom.
