Cristian is not only amazing at what he does but delivers with a high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. His attention to detail gives you the assurance that the job will be done correctly and I couldn’t be any happier to have him as our plumber. The before and after for my bathroom shower kit installation.

Cristian at Sydney Aqua Plumbing came highly recommended to me and he didn't disappoint. I first meet Cristian when he arrived at my place to assess and quote me on doing major work as part of a complete bathroom renovation. He turned up on time, clean and presentable, polite and courteous. We talked through what I was wanting to achieve and if it was possible. One thing that really struck me was Cristian videoed and talked through the job for his own records as part of doing the quote for me. He emailed me a very detailed costing and time line of how the job would proceed and I found the acceptable and competitive . Cristian started the job when he said he would and turned up each day as required, all the while working in the the other trades. He cleaned up after himself at the end of each day and his attention detail was faultless. He was mindful and respectful of my home. Cristian did a great job for me, from digging deep trenches through a concrete slab and relocating water pipes, to installing my new vanities and hardware items. Perfect every step of the way and I can't speak highly enough of his work. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. I only wish all tradespeople were of his high calibre.

Had a great experience with Sydney Aqua Plumbing today. The technician, Cristian, arrived within a couple of hours, which was impressive for a non-emergency call. He was very professional, explained everything clearly, and fixed our hot water issue quickly. He even went the extra mile and cleaned the tap filters as well. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Cristian attended my unit to look into a leak on behalf of our strata. He was prompt and happy to be flexible around my schedule which I appreciated. Cristian was very pleasant to deal with and identified the issue straight away, following up with a recommendation for our strata to arrange restoration works. Sadly I doubt strata will be as responsive as these guys! Will definitely keep Sydney Aqua Plumbing in mind for future needs 🙂
