  I would highly recommend Straight-A-Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Finding someone willing to take on smaller jobs can be frustrating these days, with many not even returning calls. We needed a vent line installed from our gas meter to resolve a non-compliance issue caused by multiple services being too close to the meter. Andrew was fantastic—professional, punctual, tidy, and clear with his quote, and he also provided the compliance certificate once the job was done. Thanks again, Andrew!

  I can’t recommend Andrew highly enough! He recently installed a new toilet for me and added an outside access point, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. What truly stood out was Andrew’s professionalism and honesty. He explained everything clearly before starting, gave a realistic and fair quote with no hidden costs, and delivered exactly what he promised. It’s rare to find someone who combines great communication with genuine integrity — but Andrew absolutely does. The quality of his workmanship was flawless. The new toilet looks and works perfectly, and the outside access point was installed neatly and efficiently. He left everything clean and tidy, showing true pride in his work. I will definitely be using his services again without hesitation!

  We feel very lucky to have found Andrew as our plumber for our bathroom renovation. He is so far the best tradie we have met (not just the best plumber). His work was neat and workmanship was top quality. I previously had to deal with a bad plumber who gave me so many headaches. But with Andrew, I don’t need to worry about anything plumbing side, because he is honest, doesn’t cut corners and holds himself to a very high standard. There were so many little details he didn’t even point out, but I noticed myself later and was honestly amazed. We also had a few unusual requests, and Andrew can always magically find a solution to it. Renovation side, he really went the extra mile and helped us to achieve what we wanted, and when it involved cooperating with other trades, he’s great to work with. Andrew’s not only a great plumber but also a great person, friendly, polite, punctual, easy to communicate with and trustworthy. There were so many different types of trades involved in bathroom reno and I told my partner, “if only there were an Andrew version of every tradie.” Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality and reliable plumber.
