Ryan came with strong reference from someone I trust. We wanted a few things to be done at our place, including: replacement of a toilet, replacement/installation of some showers and taps, extension of gas pipe to a different room, and installation of appropriate exhaust fan in the subfloor to remove moisture. It was not a small ask in the pandemic time, and especially lately given the unusual rain. Ryan, together with one of his colleagues, has attended to these tasks in a very satisfactory manner. From my point of view, two things stood out with Ryan: (a) His professionalism -- for instance, he left the place really clean. (b) His integrity -- if he thought something does not need fixing, he told so honestly instead of inventing some unnecessary work. And Ryan's innocent smile which is a value-add.

Contacted Ryan out of hours for an urgent repair for a mains service that was about to flood our bakery. He was there in record time and saved us being flooded out. He is extremely thorough and very professional explaining all steps of the repair as he goes. Have also used Ryan at home for a gas leak, again excellent service. Would highly recommend Ryan for all business and household repairs. Will definitely be using him again!
