Exceptional efficiency, effective problem-solving, and outstanding customer service from start to finish! Corey and Callum attended our property and did a fantastic job removing a toy that was stuck in our bath drain. They were quick, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The issue was resolved efficiently with no hassle at all. I honestly couldn’t fault their service — I’d give them a 10/5 star rating if I could! Highly recommend.

Glad I engaged Sherlock Drains to address a very difficult drain blockage deep down next to the Sydney water main. Corey from Sherlock drain worked tirelessly, including engaging Sydney Water, to resolve the issue. Charges were very reasonable too. One of my better experiences of dealing with trades people. Sherlock reclined our drains through a garden area and under concrete in difficult weather (heat). They also needed to excavate a concrete area. They communicated well so we could use the sewer system. Final job including the concrete patch was immaculate. Recommend as a reputable trade. Happy with final result.

I called and spoke to Corey about our blocked drain at 4pm on a 40 degree Sunday afternoon. He arrived with a smile on his face about 30min later and got on with the job despite the conditions. He left us with a cleared drain and a plan for a permanent fix. Great service, especially considering the conditions.

These guys are not only professionals they are one of the honest plumbers, I have ever seen. They assisted me with blocked toilet which was keep making issues and was taking time to flush out. Corey and his team fixed the issue in less than 30min. I highly recommend them if you have any problems at your place.
