Hands down the best trade experience I’ve ever had. I had an issue with my hot water and Roth replied instantly, arrived the next day on time, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. They even spotted a leaking outdoor tap and repaired it on the spot without any fuss. Roth explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was very helpful and knowledgeable — I even learned a few things which is important to me being a single parent. Brilliant service for a burst pipe at the absolutely worst time of the year (Between Christmas and New Year!) Roth got right on it within 2 hours of an early morning pipe burst (06:15) and solved the issue in less than 6 hours. Fortunately we didnt have to break into an external wall as I feared, fully anticipating a couple of days without water. He had it done the same day, despite him having a pile of other jobs. Super impressed. Will recommend!

Georgia was fantastic when fixing my leaking external tap! She handled everything with efficiency and professionalism and made the process so smooth and easy. Roth is also excellent he has always been my go to plumber as he is efficient and always on the go when you need something done.
