  Shaun and the Pronto Express team were excellent! From the initial assessment of the problem we were having with our roof, they took their time, were super diligent and provided me with an incredibly detailed report (with photos) of all the issues. Shaun was great at explaining to me what and how they were going to fix it, and very patient with all my questions. Once the work started, Kent was the main person on site every day. He was punctual arriving just before 7am each morning, was clearly taking the time to make sure the work was done to a high standard and ran me through all the work as it was happening. I neevr saw any mess, the site was always left neat and spotless.The roof is unrecognisable now compared to before. Having had my fair share of dodgy roofers, I can honestly say that the service they provided and the end result was fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. I'd highly recommend using them.

  Pronto Express Plumbing are excellent. Very professional Company. They turned up on the first day of major works at my property with many hands ready to work. I was really impressed with the professionalism and honesty of every one of the plumbers. They did everything they said they would do, constantly kept me in the loop of what was happening and cleaned up after everything was finished. All the guys were very friendly and hard working. Thank you Shaun, Ari and all the boys (sorry I can’t remember all your names). Would recommend Pronto Express Plumbing to anyone who needs work done! Pic is of the finished product….very happy!

  We had a great experience with Shaun and his team! We had a water leak near our water meter in the garden and he was quick to send someone out to assess the situation. When other plumbers were unable to give a price quote (and rather gave unhelpful hourly rates without being able to give a guide on the number of hours), his team was able to provide a rough estimate that ended up being accurate. He was also able to provide us with a long term cost-effective solution rather than other companies which quoted a similar price for a quick fix where we would have been likely to run into the same problem in a few years. Shaun was very responsive, friendly and timely - would highly recommend.
