He was very efficient, communicated the works needed and what it would cost throughout the process and installation was clean and tidy. I’d definitely recommend James for any plumbing works you need!

  Have used James’s plumbing services a couple of times in the last year or so but rang him tonight with a toilet blockage which just wouldn’t shift. I had tried multiple buckets of hot water and dishwashing liquid and also a plunger but it just wouldn’t clear. Rang James at about 7pm on a Saturday night and he was here in 20 mins. Took him a good hour to clear the blockage and clean up after. Excellent service from him (again!) and very reasonably priced for an “emergency” call out. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

  We recently had James from Outta Plumb Plumbing install a natural gas line for our built-in bbq. He also converted the bbq from LPG to natural gas. He turned up on time, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after he was finished. We wouldn’t hesitate to get him to do work for us again and would highly recommend him to anyone else.   I recently had urgent need for a plumber. James from Outta Plumb plumbing had been recommended by a friend so we thought we would give him a call. I’m so glad we did. The work involved was significant and involved getting in a specialist “leak finder” to discover exactly where our water leak was coming from. James handled everything and then did the required repairs not only to the plumbing but also the cabinets as well. And he cleaned up and vacuumed up all the mess. I don’t think I’ve ever written a recommendation for a trade person before but I am delighted to be able to recJames and Outta Plumb to anyone. Absolutely brilliant and he texts you when he is on his way and shows up when he says he will. Amazing.
