Mr Fix Plumbing & Drains

This morning I was driving to meet a friend for a coffee at Little West in Haberfield. I park in a hurry and hit the curb; my heart sinks when I hear a pop and a rush of air. I get out of my car to inspect the damage, and my fear that I had copped a flat is confirmed. But then! Walking towards me is a dapper red-haired man; he wore a t-shirt that said Mr Fix on it (foreshadowing...) He asks me if I need any help and I say, slightly abashed, oh! well, I've just popped my tyre. He laughs, not unkindly, and says yes, that's what can happen when you hit the curb. I heard the sound from the house; I came out to see what had happened. Then he says, if you have a jack and a spare in the back, I can change it for you right now. I say, oh no, that's far too kind—it's okay—I'll figure it out. But he insists! Soon his apprentice Ethan also comes out of the house, they take the spare tyre out of the boot, and they put the jack under the car. Within 10 minutes, the flat tyre is off and the spare is on. I ask whether I can do anything for them - a coffee, a sandwich. But they reassure me that it's their good deed for the day; Laurence had bought a lottery ticket that morning, he could use the good karma. The good lads at Mr Fix are clearly kind, hardworking people with a high level of attention to detail and genuine concern for customers. If this is the level of service they provide to a damsel with a flat tyre, I can only imagine what a good job they do with your plumbing and drains.

Huge thanks to Elias and Ethan from Mr. Fix It. They replaced our kitchen faucet and the drainage pipe under the laundry sink, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Super friendly, easy to deal with, and they were able to organise a visit at short notice, which we really appreciated. Great service and quality work — highly recommend!

Luke was amazing!! - a very gentle person to talk to and he spotted the issue the very first time! Sadly couldn't go ahead with the actual job due to financial constraints but they were not pushy at all. I am very impressed with the service and wish them a great success in future.

Excellent service from Grayson! Grayson came out to unblock my shower drain and had it sorted quickly and efficiently. It turned out to be a simple blockage that just needed a plunger from Bunnings, and I really appreciated his honesty and practical approach. He was also kind enough to take a look at my main shower head and explain why the water pressure wasn’t as strong as expected, which was very helpful.
