Matt is fantastic, organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator. He managed everything from start to finish with no hassle at all. Matt has now completed three jobs for me, and I’ll gladly use his services again in the future. And I highly recommend his services!

One of those rare tradies that you will tell your mates about, and continue to use yourself. Matt was highly approachable, easy to communicate with and was so professional fixing up our issues. I sent him photos of our problems, and when he arrived for a quote day, he was able to fix one of the jobs right then and there. Matt came back a couple days later to work on our next issue. I would highly recommend Matt’s Plumbing Service. I called Matt to fix a hot water service and was extremely impressed with all aspects of his service , from diagnosing the issue to fixing it in quick time. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable and a great person to deal with. I’ll have no hesitation in using Matt again for any plumbing needs and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Matt was exceptional from the moment we met him. He is really professional, knows what he is doing & lovely to deal with. On the day of install of our new water heater, it was raining heavily & the weather was miserable & I expected him to cancel, however he said he had a marquee organised & they'll go ahead with the install. Which they did & they showed up on time & worked hard. He has his own electrician that comes on site to do what needs to be done & that was one less thing for us to organise (Jack was fantastic too)!! We will definitely be getting Matt & his team back to our place when we do our pool or any other plumbing work we need done. I honestly can't rate him highly enough!
