I recently used Lords Plumbing for a leaking front yard tap and had a great experience. From the first call, to Luke who was kind and understanding of my issue and even though it was after hours Luke said he would come have a look. Luke checked the tap and provided several options. He also recognised that this was urgent and said that he would organise to attend the next day. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain the problem and the solution clearly.
