  The builders who constructed our home used Jettex Plumbing, and I have to say, they were absolutely great to deal with. Even though we weren’t directly hiring them, the Jettex team kept us in the loop every step of the way. They were transparent, honest, and always took the time to answer our (many!) questions even when we were probably being those annoying homeowners. They were patient, understanding, and really easy to communicate with. The plumbing work itself was top-notch. It was a complex build with a lot of custom features, and everything was done to a very high standard. You can tell they take pride in what they do the finish is clean, neat, and solid. No shortcuts. All in all, we’re really happy with the job. Would definitely recommend Jettex plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumbers who actually care about the quality of their work.

  Had ongoing issues with a blocked drain and gave the team at Jettex a call. They came out promptly, did a thorough inspection, and found a crack in one of my old terracotta pipes. From there, they got stuck into it—dug up the section, replaced the damaged pipe, and had everything back up and running in no time. What really impressed me was how easy they were to deal with and how neatly they left everything once the job was done. You wouldn’t even know they’d been digging—everything was cleaned up properly, and they treated the property with a lot of care and respect. Really happy with the service. The Jettex team were professional, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.
