Read moreA full bathroom renovation to an existing house presents a lot of challenges but the Jervo Renovations team were not only able to provide a high quality finished product but guide me on many of the critical decisions of bathroom fitting selections, colour matching and layout. I conducted a wide survey of providers across Sydney, and Jervo promptly responded to all the changes I proposed before awarding the contract. During construction there was an opportunity for me to vary the scope of work and for each change, negotiations were fair and considerate. Jervo Renovations do a professional job and kept me fully informed on their progress. I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone and look forward to engaging them for further renovating work at my home.

Read moreWe decided to go with Ilya from Jervo Home Maintenance after getting several quotes from other builders for our free-standing garage renovation. It required extensive work including removal and installation of new framing, internal and external walls, electrical, plumbing, painting, waterproofing and drainage repairs. Ilya keep us informed at all stages of the renovation and always sought our input when any issues arose. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product I would recommend Ilya to anyone looking for. A good reliable, professional, and honest builder to renovate their home.

Read moreWe had our kids' bedrooms renovated and we are very pleased with Ilya and Vladimir's professionalism and craftsmanship. He is easy to talk to, very punctual, and takes great pride in the quality of his work. His fees are reasonably priced and would recommend ways on how we can work well within our budget without compromising the outcome. My husband and I researched for other builders and we are so pleased that we had stumbled across Jervo Renovations. There is no need to find anyone else to look after our home renovation needs. Thank you Ilya and Vladimir!

We are delighted with the finished product.Throughout the renovation of our bathroom and laundry, Ilya's standard of work including keeping the work site clean and tidy, promptly responding to our questions at any time of the day or night and making suggestions as to how we could make improvements and where we could save money, demonstrated his professionalism and the pride he takes in doing the best job for his clients. I found his company online and decided to use it based on the excellent reviews posted. I am also now a thoroughly satisfied customer and would be happy to use Ilya for any future work. Read moreWe have engaged Ilya for our recent home renovations and general maintenance which include reorganising our garage access from laundry into the Kitchen to the corridor, and convert the laundry into butler's pantry cum laundry. Additionally, Ilya also has replaced / repaired the cladding around house where needed. During this assignment, we found Ilya to be very thorough and attention to the detail on what he does. Ilya is always easy to talk to and explain on our ideas. More importantly we found that he offers his expert advice if he thinks that something need to be considered in the process. He is always open and transparent with what he does. No surprise that, we are planning to engage him for our ongoing renovations. We would happily recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality of service and commitment.
