We cannot thank Jack enough for what he did for our family. 2 days before Christmas, we had a serious blockage that was leaking sewage into our house. Another plumbing company had come out the day before Jack, failed to fix the issue, and then quoted us an outrageous $38,000 to repair it in the new year. I am currently pregnant and experiencing complications that have left me needing a walking frame to walk, so the situation was incredibly stressful. Jack kindly came out at 5pm on Christmas Eve and fixed the problem properly, giving us a working toilet for Christmas, something we were so grateful for. His expertise was obvious, and the tools and cameras he used to identify the issue were far superior to the other company. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the timing and quality of the work. I would gladly recommend Jack’s Price Plumbing to family and friends and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine care when we needed it most.

The storm water in my Newy terrace house was blocked. I previously had two sets of plumbers in, with cameras and jets, to attempt to unblock it. Jack Price Plumbing were recommended to me as a last resort before pulling up all the floorboard to lay new pipe. They said, if Jack Price can’t do it, noone can. They were right. My problem which I thought was unfixable has been solved. The team were great to deal with, gave an accurate quote, came when they said they would, showed me camera evidence, liaised with my neighbours, drew plans, and will check in down the track to ensure no debris is reentering. Great job Adam, Cory and the whole team.

The guys were fantastic. Recommend this business to anyone. Worked with our builder who luckily had pulled out the old deck to build a new one before the plumbing packed it in, so timing was good lol. This helped the guys a lot otherwise they would have had to pull out the whole deck out to access the pipes which went the whole length of the deck. They fixed the sewer line after trees did what they do. Trenches were dug long twisty ones, and they were filled and yard left tidy after they were done. Also moved the backyard tap to a more accessible location and fixed our hot water heater when no one else would come out. Also managed to save our hedges which l appreciate. At a very reasonable cost too.

Adam and the team are hardworking, efficient and dependable. We were kept totally informed at every step of the process and the communication was of the highest quality. Two other independant plumbers offered unsolicitied opinions on how well the pipe relining was done. Adam couldn't be more helpful. We strongly recommend Adam and his crew.
