Luke contacted me and visited our place to discuss and understand our requirements. During his visit, Luke arrived on time and was patient enough to discuss and provide us with good suggestions to think and agree on our requirement. After the visit, Luke had captured all our requirements accurately and the quote supplied to us was highly professional with competitive pricing. After reviewing the quote we decided to engage HQ Services to complete the job. Due to the scope our job it was completed in 3 days as promised. On each day the boys were punctual and always went above and beyond while delivering the job. Luke has assisted us with installation of power points, downlights, fans with light, sensor lights, pendant and chandeliers. The boys after end of each day always tidy up our place. Jake from HQ services was prompt friendly and honest, he detailed his installation process and provided a fixed fee to install our 14kW Daikan ducted Air conditioner with Wi-Fi which we absolutely love!!! The team removed the old unit and then arrived early (7am) on the scheduled day to install the new unit, they worked quickly to complete the work. They protected our belongings with drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. It took them less than 6 hours to complete the install in our single story 3 bedroom house which had 7 outlets and 2 zones configured. I would recommend HQ Services to anyone looking to install an air conditioner. Thanks again and Great job boys!

Had a Rinnai split system installed on Wednesday. The old system was removed and taken away first and the new system installed in its place. It fitted perfectly.
