A couple of years ago, I had an emergency water leak late in the evening and called Armen and his boys for help. He showed up quickly, stayed calm under pressure, and had the issue fixed in no time even though I thought it was a disaster!!!!! Since that day, he’s been my go-to plumber for absolutely everything. Whether it’s a small maintenance job, a hot water installation, or even the massive three-bathroom plus kitchen extension I did last year, Armen and his team have always worked with great attention to detail. They’re reliable, honest, and always explain things clearly so you know exactly what’s going on. I really appreciate how professional Armen has always been on time, leaves the space clean, and makes sure the job’s done properly the first time. He’s been so consistent over the years that I had to write this review to say how much I appreciate his work. It’s hard to find tradespeople you can trust, but Armen is one of those rare ones. Highly recommend him. I’ll attach some images of his work over the years.

We have used Armen and HiFlo Plumbing on a number of jobs at our home and the reasons are simple! Armen is completely reliable, trustworthy and experienced, he does a proper job every time, never overcharges - in fact his quotes and final invoices are often the same - he is easy to communicate with and he arrives when he says he will, or he’ll contact you to let you know he’s delayed. He has done everything for us from new hot water systems and bathroom fittings, to new downpipes and tap filters. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Armen and HiFlo Plumbing to anyone looking for a new and reliable plumber.
