Will and his team at Hardie&Co plumbing are excellent to deal with. They are a very professional outfit and every single plumber I dealt with was extremely polite, competent and careful when working. It was a sizeable job and everyone took a sense of pride in what they were doing. Customer service is exceptional and the team are efficient in their work. Highly recommend them.

I’ve finally found a plumber who provides exceptional customer experience with fair and reasonable prices. We had a couple customers of jobs for Will. Unblock drains and repair issues with our toilet. Will arrived on or before the agreed time (often a challenge for some), explained in detail exactly what was required and quoted accordingly. The quote was very reasonable for the work required. He got to work immediately, spent quite a significant period of time at our home as the blocked drain in question was considerably bad, got the job done and took the time to show me the results and explained how to prevent repeat occurrences in the future. There was no attempt at upselling or calling out unsolicited potential issues (you know the type…”by the way I noticed this other potential problem that you should get fixed…here’s a quote in the thousands…). Will is very personable and provided an exceptional service, priced very reasonably. His view is that he wants to service his local area and not charge the world for the privilege. He achieved that goal in this instance. Highly recommend Will for any plumbing work.
