I recently contacted Glen and Melinda for help after purchasing a new home in thirlmere with several unexpected plumbing issues. They rang back promptly and were able to attend that very afternoon, which was incredibly reassuring during a stressful time. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and teamwork were evident. As a husband‑and‑wife team, they were well‑coordinated, friendly, and completely respectful of my property. They addressed multiple plumbing issues without any fuss, working efficiently and with excellent attention to detail. What impressed me most was how down‑to‑earth, approachable, and easy to talk to they were. I had simply selected the first plumbing service that appeared on my phone, and I couldn’t have been luckier. Glen and Melinda were not only professionally equipped but also genuinely attentive and committed to delivering a high standard of service. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a real credit to their business and charge very fair and reasonable fees for their services. We would not hesitate to call on them again and are happy to recommend their services something we don't normally do but feel it would sincerely benefit others looking for a capable, friendly, competent and well priced plumbing service.

Glen Murray plumbing was highly recommended to me by the roofers of our strata managed unit block in Westmead. They have attended the site on several occasions for different issues since 2018. I found them to be incredibly professional, honest, reliable and Glen and Melinda are so nice to deal with. There so knowledge and experienced in locating where the issue is coming from and fix it first time. Their rates are very competitive and they deal with any plumbing issue, no matter how big or small. Glen and Melinda installed a new fridge plumbing connection point in our house in Thirlmere, and connected the fridge up also. They provided a free quote for the work, and came back a week later to do the job. They were very flexible in ensuring the times worked for us both, explained everything to me along the way, and made sure the fridge was working after install. They cleaned up after they were done, and easy invoicing payment instructions were provided. Would highly recommend.

Tried to get a plumber out on a Sunday & after several failed attempts I found Glen & his wife. They came out 8.30am Sunday morning & repaired the main water pipe for the house. Besides being the nicest people, Glen did the most amazing work aided by his wife. I highly recommend them. 5/5
