  I recently received advice from Jordan at Gateway Plumbing. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the best way to fix it when we were seeking advise regarding a potential house purchase. The advice was practical and honest. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely wants to help and make you feel confident about work needing to be completed. Though we did not follow through with our house purchase due to other concerns, I had no doubt Jordan would have been able to rectify the water issues with the property given the advise and experience we discussed. We will be contacting Jordan for any work in the future and would highly recommend reaching out to Jordan at Gateway Plumbing. Absolutely fantastic support and professionalism!

  The service I received from Gateway Plumbing was 5 stars. Within an hour of me reaching out Jordy had called me and was able to provide a quote over the phone and explain what the job would require. He came out that same day and cleared our blocked pipes and provided a detailed explanation of the pipe system and the reason for the blockage he even provided photos from inside the pipes and cleaned everything afterwards. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using him in the future. Thanks Jordy
