Matt looked after us from start to finish. On time to quote and gave good honest advice, respectful and polite. Pricing was fair and was on time to do the job. I will use Matt again and recommend to others.

When your toilet fails... you are in the poo, figuratively and literally! This happened to us yesterday afternoon. I searched for “plumbers near me” and several came up. I decided to try Down to Earth because they were local and had good reviews. I phoned and got Matt’s voicemail and left a message. He phoned my back within minutes and understood our predicament straight away. He sounded genuinely concerned and said he had a job lined up for the next day but would try to get to us when it finished. Around, 10:00am he phoned to check we were home, which we were. He arrived 20 mins later, with all necessary parts and tools to complete the job. He is a super friendly guy and obviously on top of his game. He completed the repairs most efficiently and got the toilet suite up and running like when it was new… some 15+ years ago. The invoice / charge for a rapid response, and a very professional job, was more than fair! Thanks Matt and best wishes for the future. We just moved to the area and needed a plumber to do some work for us. Matt was prompt in that he was there next day. he was very thorough in his work and explained as he went a long and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend Matt and use his services again.
