Bronson recently connected my water and gas and all I can say is... 5 STARS! Bronson is an absolute legend! Not only was he an expert at his craft but he was incredibly friendly, had great communication and was very fairly priced. I would 1000% recommend him. He also had an apprentice with him, I'm so sorry his name has slipped my mind, but he too was awesome!

I first contacted Bronson a short time ago via his website and his response was same day! Impressive first start. He helped guide me towards a new hot water system with facts and unbiased opinions, as well as speedy replies! Most times it was same day (at the end of the day which was also impressive.) Minor hiccup with the supply but he reached out to me very quickly after he learned about it and immediately offered me an alternative day, if suitable to me which it was. On the day he said he’d be here about 7:30 and at 7:30 I got a text that he had arrived and questioned site access. Installation was quick and he and his team swiftly removed the old solar hot water and roof panels, and took away all the waste same day. Great for a chat while he worked, complete transparency about what he was doing and why, getting my opinion on fixture based decisions and nearly installing the 270L emerald heat pump unit he recommended (it even catered to the nerd in me needing wifi connectivity) Cleanup was thorough and complete, hosing down the path where the unit sat on to remove the slight mess made during install. Bronson also replaced some taps in my bathroom which was smooth and a great looking job I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could and would certainly use Down and Dirty plumbing in future as well as recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber

For over five years now Down and Dirty plumbing have been looking after my properties, everything from a simple tap replacement when we cut one off with a lawnmower to a very complex pressure sewer repair. Their bills are always within the estimated range, never have any "special surprises" and will be with them for many years to come.

Thanks Bronson your a really down to earth, polite, understanding and compassionate guy. Upfront with costs and provided options and photos... I needed a plumber ASAP called late in Arvo he fit me in FIRST thing in morning as due to my nerve pain neuropathy/carpal tunnel I can't turn taps on and off properly. I have 4 kids with disabilities so getting help first thing in the morning was a an absolute blessing He changed the taps and Buddy boy my assistance dog was eager for a snuggle so he allowed me to capture a photo of them together before he left. He left everything clean, working and now I can use the taps properly fantastic bloke.Thank you from the family I'm grateful I found his business and would recommend to anyone needing a honest reliable plumber

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bronson, who replaced our toilet, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Bronson was exceptional. He was incredibly professional, and tackled the job with impressive skill and efficiency. He was easy to deal with, honest and open in his communication about time frames and completed the job exactly when he said he would. If you need a reliable and skilled plumber, Bronson is the person to call. I will definitely be using him again.
