I am so so grateful that I found him as there is nothing I can fault. He is also well priced. Thank you again. I rarely write reviews unless very good or very bad. Apparently Dave is the former. He is very nice gentle fellow. Dave provided advices to avoid future potential issues and assured me price don't change much when he saw me hesitated to change to a better idea plan. He started doing my plumbing today. I felt it is unfair to have a scam review damaging his reputation that's the main reason I wrote a review before job done. I will update the review later.
