Best Plumbing & Roofing

I can’t recommend **Best Plumbing and Roofing** highly enough. Josh and his team were absolutely incredible when we discovered an overnight leak in our kitchen coming from our upstairs neighbour’s bathroom. They answered the call immediately and came out the very same day, which was such a relief in a stressful situation. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and proactive. Josh quickly completed all the required strata paperwork so we could get a work order issued without delay — something that can often drag out and cause even more stress. He also took the time to properly assess other plumbing issues that previous tradesmen had completely missed, which gave us so much confidence in the quality of their work. Throughout the entire testing process, they kept the area incredibly tidy and treated our home with care and respect. On top of that, Josh assisted us with navigating the building insurance claim, which made a complicated process feel manageable. Reliable, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — we are so grateful we found them and would absolutely use them again. Highly, highly recommend.

Josh and the team were great. Highly recommend. He helped us with a problem with our gutters and downpipes, when another plumber was recommending unnecessary (and very expensive) work. We were very relieved when Josh came over and was able to fix the problem at a fraction of the cost. We also got an outdoor shower installed that looks and works brilliantly. We’ll definitely be using Best Plumbing and Roofing next time we need work.

Josh and the team provide a fantastic, reliable & high quality experience. The team are solutions focussed & always provided multiple options to optimise pricing & overall customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Josh & team to help out with any plumbing / roofing problems.

Josh and his team are open, honest and transparent from the outset to completion. Their reports are very thorough and demonstrate the depth of their experience and capability. We will definitely use Josh again. I’m happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber/roofer in the area.

Contacted Josh on a Sunday morning with no expectation he’d reply — he called back within the hour! He was upfront about pricing and gave me two clear options (after-hours or regular callout). We couldn’t wait, so he came out that afternoon. Arrived on time, quickly found the cause, fixed the blockage, and shared practical tips to prevent it happening again — including avoiding those toilet fresheners! Super efficient, thorough, and friendly. He was recommended by a friend, and I’d happily recommend him too. Thanks so much, Josh!
