  We have used Barcoo Pluming on a number of occasions over the past few years. We have always found him to be prompt, professional, reasonably priced with very high quality workmanship. On some occasions when he has not been able to assist us straight away he has provided initial guidance to tide us over. We also observed the supportive way he guides his apprentice Arnhem.   In terms of communication, Barcoo Plumbing is prompt and reliable in all of its aspects. In terms of Ian's work, I can only add to what others have said. At every level, from the big heavy stuff through to aesthetic detail, Ian was attentive and on top of his game. He completed each job to its fullest and most professional level - he included details that could have been left out without me noticing (today a friend pointed out one of them when I was showing him Ian's work). In terms of the invoice, it was very reasonable, as another reviewer says 'pleasantly reasonable' for the amount of work undertaken and achieved. Barcoo Plumbing's number is now in my phone! Again, big thanks, Ian.
