Most importantly, he is very honest. He doesn’t trying to get you to do unnecessary extra works nor guilt trip you from taking time to making decisions (which I experience from some other plumbers). I’ve never met a tradie who is well informed and willing to work hard and be as honest and ethical and as articulate as Ray. I highly recommend Ray for any plumbing work or contracts. He showed up earlier than anticipated and waited till I got home and had a pleasant character. He was high quality workmanship and very affordable. He fixed my water leak and all sinister causes behind it even when he wasn’t supposed to. A traderike that deserves to be known for his high qualities and willingness to help.
