  Our hot water system started leaking a lot yesterday morning and we knew we needed a new one fast. A few phone calls and quotes later we knew Ross was the guy for us. Professional, honest, up front and easy to deal with. He came this morning and our system is all ready to go and he even fixed up some messy looking pipes for us. He explained that the relief valve needs releasing every 6 months and what to watch out for when we need a new one. We had no idea about it! Highly recommend him to anyone. We're very grateful!

Ross has always been a pleasant person to deal with and is not what I would call a typical slap happy trades person. He obviously takes pride in his work as it shows. Cannot recommend him enough!

  We contacted Across Plumbing when our toilets were filling up and wouldn’t flush. They put the water jetter through the drain to clear it and inspected it with a pipe camera. Ross was able to show us exactly where the drain was broken had how the roots were getting in. They came back the following day to replace the broken drain. Great work, Professional job and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
