We recently had to deal with a pending ceiling collapse in my mother's weaving room, which is also a primary corridor to the back of the house. I wish to add my admiration and gratitude to all the other reviews here for the work done by Alex and his team, and to Zoe in the office. From the first contact, Alex understood our budget and needs - only recommending what needed to be done, while giving me a frank assessment of the rest of the house. He and Zoe scheduled our job into a very busy workload. Zoe gave us very detailed quotes covering all aspects of the job. And they coordinated with the carpenter and the electrician so that all the preliminary work was organised seamlessly. Alex was incredibly efficient and tidy, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. This is particularly important to us as my mother has Alzheimer’s and can get upset by changes to her routine. Many thanks from Mum and me.

Alex and team have replaced our bathroom and ensuite ceilings as poor construction practice in 2006 meant they constantly had peeling pain and moist gyprock. Alex and Zoe have been an awesome team to deal with. They have been fantastic from start to finish, the quotation process is simple, the communication flawless and the work exceptional and efficient.
