From the first point of contact, he was easy to deal with — professional, upfront, and always communicative. He didn’t cut corners and made sure everything was done properly, from treating the mould to repainting the full ceiling. The quality of the work is outstanding — clean lines, smooth finish, and everything looks brand new again. Ken was punctual, respectful, and clearly takes his work seriously. He answered all my questions patiently and made the whole process feel hassle-free. Honestly, it’s refreshing to deal with someone who is this reliable and takes genuine pride in their work. Very friendly and was happy to explain the whole process in a clear and understandable way. Ken made the process as stress-free as possible and was done with the work in a few hours.
