He not only turned up when he said he would (which is a rarity nowadays) he also provided fast and excellent tradesmanship, fair pricing and left the premises clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Hayden from Perks Plastering and I will definitely contract him again for any future renovation or new build.
